How to Improve Aim in SpinPractices
First shot on the dummy, then tracking, then spin shots.
Improving aim in SpinPractices means hitting the dummy more often with the first bullet, then keeping follow-up shots on the same bone while you move. Third-person Roblox combat hides the head behind your own avatar and behind the camera offset. The video in the middle of this page is a real third-person aim guide — off-target aiming and peek discipline transfer to this car shop even though the clip is not filmed here.
Crosshair height
Before speed, pick a height and keep it. Chest is the honest default on a surrender dummy. Head is a smaller target and a later drill. If your shots walk from chest to knees, you are dragging down on the mouse during the click. Rest the mouse, click, do not push.
Attachments in the universe title matter once sights exist: a red dot changes where you think the bullet goes in third person. Until the beta documents a sight, aim with the revolver as shown in the official thumbnail and confirm with hit markers, not with a made-up iron-sight picture.
Drill set (use in order)
- Ten static chest shots from the asphalt. If you miss more than two, stop. Lower sense on sensitivity setup.
- AD strafe, dummy still. The dummy does not move; you do. This is the real gunfight problem.
- Micro flicks. Look at the BMW, flick to the dummy, shoot once. Reset. Ten reps.
- Tracking. Slow circle around the dummy without a full 360. Keep the torso in the same screen pocket.
- Spin shot. Only after how to spin step 2. One bullet at re-center, not a spray.
Write hits. A session without numbers is a montage, not training. The practice planner and warmup exist so you do not skip step 1.
Third-person specific errors
- You are aiming at your own shoulder. Shift lock offset puts the camera right of the avatar. The bullet comes from the gun, not the camera. If shots miss right, you are camera-aiming. Move until the dummy is visible past your arm, then shoot.
- You peek the whole body. In a real fight that gets you deleted. On the range, practice exposing only the gun side of the glass corner.
- You spray. The revolver in the thumbnail is not an SMG. Reset between shots unless the beta gun is automatic — then burst.
- You copy FPS mouse sense. Roblox third person is slower and wider. Match cm/360 using the sensitivity page, not a CS number.
Device notes
PC: 800–1600 DPI is enough. Higher DPI plus high Roblox sense is how 360s skip the dummy. Mobile: train tap-flicks on the dummy’s chest; do not chase PC 360 speed. Console: right-stick acceleration is the enemy — lower it until micro adjustments exist.
What not to do
Do not install an aim script and call the result improvement. The MX hub lists aim and ESP features because players search them, not because they teach anything. If your goal is transferable aim, stay vanilla and use script safety as the stop sign.
Do not change three settings at once. One change per block is the rule on how to play.
Transfer test
After a good SpinPractices block, play one real hood match. If you whiff everything, the trainer sense and the match sense differ, or you only practiced a static dummy. Add moving-target time next session — other players on the 24-person server can be tracked as clutter, not as victims.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for SpinPractices sessions, settings, and drills.
Should I aim head or chest?
Chest until you can hit 8/10 static. Head is a later drill on a small dummy hitbox.
Does this help in Rivals or Arsenal?
Tracking and first-shot habits transfer. FOV and gun models will not be identical.
How often should I train?
Short daily blocks beat rare marathons. See the warmup.
My shots miss right of the dummy. Why?
Third-person camera offset. You are aiming with the camera, not the revolver.
