Practice Planner

If you join SpinPractices without a plan, you will spray. This page is three timed blocks you can copy. Use it with the tools hub, drill rankings, and how to play.

12-minute block (weeknights)

  1. Shift lock, same sense — 1 min. Sensitivity setup if last night’s 360 skipped.
  2. Static chest 20 shots — 3 min.
  3. AD tracking 20 shots — 4 min.
  4. Slow 360 no-shot ×5, with-shot ×5 — 3 min.
  5. Leave.

This is also the skeleton of the warmup. If you are about to queue a real game, stop here.

25-minute block (default training)

Everything in 12 minutes, then:

  1. Micro flicks ×20 — 6 min. See how to improve aim.
  2. 180 spin shots ×10 — 4 min. See how to spin.
  3. Glass-corner peeks ×10 — 3 min.
  4. Leave while you still want one more clip.

40-minute block (once or twice a week)

25-minute block, then one C-tier set only:

  • Jump 360s ×10, or
  • Wall-rifle magazine if the beta lets you pick one up, or
  • Moving-player tracking if the 24-player server is busy.

Do not stack all three. Log the extra set on the leaderboard private table.

Rules that make the planner work

  • Write the hits. Uncounted blocks did not happen.
  • One device. Do not start on PC and finish on phone.
  • No codes menu. Nothing is live on the codes hub.
  • No scripts. Script safety is the reminder.
  • No outfit swaps mid-block except the last two minutes, per loadout rankings.

If you fail a line

Failing static in a 12-minute block means you cancel the 360s. Stay on how to improve aim. Failing 360s after static passed means you stay on how to spin and drop jump 360s.

Getting Started if this is session one. Guides hub for mechanics. Updates if the dummy changed. Players hub if you wanted social rules instead of a clock.

Copy the block into a note before you click Play. If you wait until you are on the asphalt, you will add jump 360s “just once.” The planner is a promise to your future self, not a suggestion. If a friend joins your server, you can still run the block; you just cannot turn it into a 1v1 until the clock hits zero. There is no dedicated party timer, so your phone timer is the feature. When it rings, leave, even if the dummy looks easy. Easy is the trap that turns 25 minutes into an uncounted hour. If you miss a day, do not double the next block. Run the 12-minute version and keep the same sensitivity. Catch-up marathons are how people crank sense and blame the beta. The planner is a ceiling, not a debt. Print or pin the 12-minute list on a second monitor if you keep adding clips. If you play with a friend, agree on the clock before you join so the 24-player server does not become an unplanned 1v1. There is no dedicated party timer in the trainer, so the phone alarm is part of the kit, same as shift lock.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for SpinPractices sessions, settings, and drills.

Can I run 40 minutes every day?

You can. Most people get sloppy. Prefer 12–25 daily.

What if the dummy is busy?

Hop servers. Do not let a crowded lane become your plan.

Should I film the block?

One clip of a miss is useful. Filming everything is a montage session.

Where do I log results?

The private table on leaderboard.

What if I only have eight minutes?

Run static and tracking only. Skip 360s rather than rushing them.

Can I swap drills inside a block?

Yes, as long as you stay inside the same letter from the drill rankings and still count shots.
